Welcome at Kokos Design Studio interior designs

My name is Maurits, designer and artist. My story begins in China where I lived for three years and gained a lot of inspiration about the culture and designs of the far East. Later I worked for a furniture company where we did international retail and hotel projects in Asia for companies like; Four Seasons hotels, Rosewood Hotel group, Shangri La hotels, the Hilton hotel group, and Redstar Maccalin to name a few. Also, I was involved in the interior design for Asian private clients such as the Malaysian sultanate and real estate developers in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Indonesia. Later I lived in Africa where my journey continued.

My style is inspired by Asian and African colors and materials, fused with European 1960's and 1970's vintage clean esthetic design features.
